This notice covers the public website’s early-access and contact forms.

What we collect

Contact name, email, organisation details, selected package and the message you provide. The server uses a one-way hash of the connecting IP address for short-term abuse prevention, and secure session cookies protect form submissions. Hosting infrastructure may maintain access logs.

Why we collect it

To record and review organisation applications, respond to requests and protect the service from abuse. An application does not activate a workspace or approve a subscription.

Storage and access

Submitted requests are stored outside the public website directory on PollAxis hosting, with restricted file permissions. They are not displayed publicly or shared through the product demonstration. Authorised administrators review the requests.

Your choices

Use the contact form to request access to, correction of or deletion of information you submitted. Include your application reference, but do not send identity documents. Requests are reviewed to establish that they relate to your information.

Demo data

The demonstration uses simulated records only. It does not upload your observations or represent genuine election results. No third-party analytics are included in this release.

Cookies

Essential session cookies protect the forms. They are not used for advertising. The full tenant-platform privacy and contractual arrangements will be published before operational onboarding.
